Brand new: Micrometals FX, the further development of the material FluxSan (FS)
The newly developed Micrometals FX delivers noticeable design advantages: It impresses with even higher saturation as well as lower power losses than the FluxSan™ (FS), is completely nickel-free and is ideal for applications with a high DC bias - at a particularly attractive price-performance ratio.
The most important properties at a glance:
- Higher saturation induction with simultaneously 25% low core losses
- Designed for frequencies up to approx. 200 kHz
- Thermally stable from -60 °C to +200 °C without ageing effects
- Available permeabilities: 60 µ, 26 µ on request
- Core shapes: Ring, E, block cores
Suitable for DC/DC converters, storage chokes, PFC and EMI filters.
